Welcome! We hope that you will consider enrolling your child(ren) at St. John's Academy so that they can grow in the teachings of Jesus Christ while receiving a first-rate education. The teachers and staff at the Academy are driven to provide an experience for our students that will prepare them academically and spiritually for a strong future. 

Below are the required steps to complete the enrollment process, apply for financial aid and manage your child(ren)'s tuition, childcare and cafeteria charges.

**F.A.C.E** - Foundation for the Advancement of Christian Education - Is a non-profit 501C3 foundation that provides need-based tuition support to students in St. John's Academy in Grade K-8.

Tuition is managed through the 3rd party, FACTS.

(FACTS will apply an annual usage fee of $20 or $50 based on the payment plan selected)

2025-26 (Book, Tech, Enrollment) Fee Structure:

• • 1 Child = $115
  • 2 Children = $200
  • 3+ Children = $250

The Academy's Enrollment Fee's will be applied via FACTS Incidental Billing:

Cafeteria and Childcare Charges and Fees: 

All cafeteria and childcare charges and fees will be assessed via FACTS incidental billing. 

Enrollment in an SJA Childcare program is for the entirety of the academic year and/or summer vacation period (30-day Summer Flex Plan is offered). Payments will be assessed via FACTS incidental billing.
